Morning everyone!

I didnt see today's post. So I'm starting this.

Yesterday did PP (and with my son :) ) - HOORAY.

Today I may do step blast. I've had this for years but don't think I've ever done this.

I'm looking forward to a nice RELAXED CALM weekend after the week we had.

My son had a good day on Friday at school too. HOORAY.

I still am so overwhelmed by the outpouring of support we received from friends, relatives, coaches, teachers, and all of my cathe friends. My friend going through the divorce has been very supportive as well. It's very nice we have decided now is not the time for a relationship - but we have built a wonderfully supportive friendship - thanks to to IM , email!

i have to take it easy today since tomorrow is the workout marathon from hell!

Hi Fit Chicks!

Today I did HardCore Xtreme workout #1 and CM Tough Core Premix.

At some point I HAVE to start my xmas shopping. I don't know why I can't seem to get moving this year.

Robyn: Glad things are going better for you.

Tammy,great workout!! I love the HCXTREME w/o's! I just finished HSTA for the first time. I liked it. It had a lot of different exercises in it that I haven't seen before like the side to side push ups off the step.
 
Robyn...Stepblast is fun. Choreography can be a bit confusing but it'll come...:) Glad to hear things are going better today...

Jes...workout from hell?...yeow!....I think I'll stick to running tomorrow...:)

Jane...I got HSTA recently too. How about those one arm tri push up's along with the one leg glute presses????

I am doing the long KPC/L&G premix, and chest and back..

Those were interesting Carole!! I was actually able to do the side where I supported with my right hand but my even though my RA is under very good control right now (I am scared to complain!!!), my left wrist still has some inflammation and couldn't support my weight, so I had to use the modification Cedie was doing with the dumbbell on that side. Still an excellent workout!!
 
Jane..that is great that you are able to modify! That is what makes Cathe workouts so good. I know sometimes I have modified with exercises I like better on occasion. I am happy to hear you are doing well with your RA...:)...Carole
 
Thanks Carole....I believe this new regimen I started in August is finally starting to work. It is not 100% but I can definitely live with it!:)
