sumo push ups 12, 13, 12, 11, 10 10
Jump lunge 30, 30, 23, 25, 22, 29
Reverse push ups 13, 12, 12, 10, 6, 8
10 seconds of rest; 35 seconds of work; 24 rounds. Sweatfest!
