Today was MIS Upper body and abs premix. I really went heavy on this today...

Hi Conni,

Today I didn't feel like working out. I did the warm up to RWH Back/biceps/shoulders then did my glute challenge = 150 weighted squats + 150 weighted hip thrusts. Then I did the ab challenge + 5 minutes of plank. I did my own stretch. That was 40 minutes and I was sweating!

Good workout Conni. Busy week ahead, I gather.
