We must all be having a tough fitness day. For me it's hormones - i think. I am off today (but at agency tonight).
Today I did a mish mash. I did 2 cycles + warm up of LIC and then I did Kari Anderson's Centre Floor Chapter II and III (I love her) and I did Squeeze Stronger Abdominals. I need to do more cardio.
I did Billy's Lower Body Bootcamp minus the floorwork but did do the abs, 36 min. worth of a 44 min. workout. Not bad and I am now down 2 pounds so I am happy. I have decided to consciously try and cut my carbs back... I can't do no carbs but I can certainly cut back on them.
