Good Friday Morning Everyone,

Today I did more STS Meso 2 for back and biceps. I don't usually do Meso 1 or 2 so this is a nice change. I cut out a few sets to reduce my workout from 58 minutes to around 45 minutes. I will stretch now.

Deanna - That's a bummer you missed spending time with your family due to a cold. We are taking oil of oregano here, trying to stave off the same thing - ahh winter

Oil of oregano? I've never heard of it in oil form but I'll look it up.

Hi ladies,

Today was an 85 minute gym circuit consisting of 5 machines(1 leg machine, back machine, shoulder machine, ab machine , chest and back machine), cable exercises ( lat pulldowns and all upper body exercise), dumbbells (moderate weight) for chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders . Then the sled for a moderate cardio and weights workout highest was 10 plates. Finished with floorwork for abs and legs and glutes using dumbbells with a nice extended stretch.

Nice workouts so far ladies. Deanna sorry you weren't feeling well.

Not sure about tomorrow.

Then adding sled for cardio ( with 10 plates). Concluding workout with floorwork for abs and legs and glutes. Plus adding a much deserved stretch
