Daily Check In Friday June 17

Good morning ladies!!! Happy Friday :D

I started off the day with Stretch Max 2 Stability Ball. The glutes and hammies were tight this morning.

Today its 40 min of cardio. I did the BM2 timesaver cardio that clocks in at about 43 min.

Hi Carmen,

Thanks for getting us going on this fine Friday morning.

Kicking some butt with S90 this week - today I did S90 Back and Bi's, then S90 Core Dynamics instead of STS. I think Tabata Inferno is my sub for tomorrow, we shall see.

Hi all,

I did Jeanette Jenkin's Kickbox circuit workout and despite the humidity I did it ALL!!! Happy day for me, wanted to end the week strong and I did 5 workouts this week which is first for a really really long time!!! Whoo hoo for me!!

this morning I did disc 26 plyo legs - it was amazing. i have never had this combo of legs and hiit type cardio moves in between. i loved it.

I took a day off from work today :D I did Athletic Step followed by push-ups. After that I did some shop-max followed by some clean-max. All in all, it was a good day.

Siobhan ~ I like the way you mix up your workouts, always leaves me wanting to revisit my ignored dvd's.
