I'm having computer issues and can't see anyone's posts and not able to post, I'll see if a reboot will fix it. YAY!! So, I'll try to post.
Linda- Another fun mix of workouts today with:
CatheLive- "Pump & Sweat Express" - 26 min.- Good stuff!
YT-Caroline Jordan- "15 min. Standing Abs with Dumbbells" Ooh I love standing abs and even better with db's.
Plus after supper- Jessica Smith walk from 5 Mix & Match Miles- 1 mile Boogie Down Walk w/ Cooldown/Stretch. You are so right, that is a fun one as well. I have that dvd and use it often for add-ons or to warm up before workouts.
