Today's workouts:

CatheLive- "Pump & Sweat Express" - 26 min.
YT-Caroline Jordan- "15 min. Standing Abs with Dumbbells"

That's it for me! Have a good day! We're getting a bit of snow this AM- only supposed to be 1-2 inches,
we shall see. I certainly hope that's all!!!
 
Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did Cathe's Rev'd Up Rumble which is 41 minutes. I had on my boxing gloves for most of it.

So I renewed my Cathe card.

Well, after supper, I did another Jessica Smith walk from the same dvd as before. This
time I did the 15 min. 1 mile Boogie Down Walk together with the 5 min. Cooldown/Stretch. Those little walks are fun!

Weekend will be a rest one for me, so if you workout, enjoy, & have a good weekend!

I'm having computer issues and can't see anyone's posts and not able to post, I'll see if a reboot will fix it. YAY!! So, I'll try to post.

Plus after supper- Jessica Smith walk from 5 Mix & Match Miles- 1 mile Boogie Down Walk w/ Cooldown/Stretch. You are so right, that is a fun one as well. I have that dvd and use it often for add-ons or to warm up before workouts.
