Good morning ladies,

Today I did Supercuts (35 minutes) then moved on and did my own weighted squats. DD and I are doing the Glute Challenge. I am on day 4. I added on a 5 minute pilates segment.

Today was Hiit 30/30 and Ab Hits MIS abs..
Needed something short and sweet today - lots to do!!!
 
Hi gals,

Today was a Taebo Express and 45 minutes of weight work at the gym.

My lower back is killing me again:'(

Tomorrow will be a rest day since oldest son has a post op appointment at John's Hopkins.
