Funny, MY game face always looks like I'm about to either pass out or shout out an expletive. And THIS is why I'll never be a Cathe cast member. LOL!

This workout looks like so much fun :) :(

I don't have a spin bike and I don't think I am getting one in the near future, but maybe Santa will bring me one in 2012 or 2013.

If you don't mind me asking ladies, how much did it cost you approx.? I see them for upwards of $1000 or more here in Canada.
 
Price of a spin bike

Hi Natasha - I live in Montreal, and found my spin bike at Sports Experts (is there one in Ontario?). It was around $450. I've seen them cheaper - like at Sears and Walmart, but the quality wasn't very good. I'm really pleased with the quality of the bike we bought, and didn't have to pay $1000.

As soon as you go shopping for a spin bike you will quickly be able to tell what is a good quality bike, but you also may want to do research online.
