CRAZY STRONG & LOVING IT FOR MAY 12, 2011

Good morning,

got all my DB's! Never got a workout in yesterday, I was so sick:( my legs were shaking and my head felt like it was about to explode! Not evern the meds helped. My temperature is very low too, at first i thought I was running a fever. That explains the chills I haveving. I feel like crap! Not sure, if I will get a cardio in today, but et least I will get a nice stretch in today.

I just got done with Abs Circuit Pilates Abs and now I'm heading to the park for a run. Oddly enough, no big DOMS in my lower body today from Meso 1 legs yesterday (and it was tough!!)

Chalene Extreme- Ab Burner= 10 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 68

Turbo Fire- HiiT15= 17 Min
Met Value= 10.0
Calories burned= 232

Total calories burned= 708;)

Ok, I'm done for today's workouts, but I'll really try hard to get back for personals.;) Great job on all today's workouts just keep on in the fightin' the good fight.;):cool:

Hi girls!;)

I caved and ordered Insanity Asylum today. I'm excited about that one and can't wait to see the 30 day hybrid workout rotation with Asylum, Insanity, and P90X all of which I have or will have once Asylum gets here. I love lots of variety and types of workouts to draw from for workouts so this will be awesome. I can't wait! I feel like a kid on christmas morning!

Belinda- Oh no I'm sorry your sick, please just rest and don't worry about working out right now. Please rest and feel better ((Hugs));):)

Roxie- Great job with KCM's Split Sessions Lower body. I'm glad your enjoying that one. Take care ;):)

Chris- I know you got a great workout in today with STS Ab circuits Pilates abs and then a nice run. WTG!!! Excellent job today!;):)
