Good morning,

Our thread is getting so small, where is everyone?

I haven't been online at all, too stress out! My house is a total mess:( all I been doing is cleaning since I am in the states:(:( I been here a week almost, haven't been shopping or had any fun. I don't think I ever been that stressed out since I am here. I haven't workout since last week. After I have my coffee I WILL WORK OUT! I NEED IT!

I'm taking this week off. Just not into working out and things going on at work aren't helping matters.

Belinda - I'm sorry to hear everything is so messed up. Hope it all works out soon!
 
Hi Girls!

I had a busy weekend, my birthday, Mother's Day, etc. And yesterday I decided to go to the park for a walk after dinner instead of going online. Besides a very exhuberant walk with Buddy in the evening, I did FIRE 45 Class (YAY!) and Yoga Abs from Abs Circuit. I'm planning on working my way through Abs Circuit DVD for my ab work this week and next!

I have some pretty decent DOMS in my lats today FROM the Yoga abs, too!!

Today started my 2nd month of the undulating rotation. I did Meso 3, first week of Shoulders Biceps Triceps. Worked it in trisets , 4 times. Pretty cool!! I still enjoy the variety of Undulation!!!

Will go for a walk later with Buddy too.

Belinda: I'm sorry, it sure sounds like you NEED a good workout there! I bet you'll feel bettter!!!

Debbie: I think a week of rest from work outs is a good idea for you! You worked super hard on your last weight rotation. Hope things at work simmer down a little there.

Tonite is KCM's Upper Body Split and then I am going to take the dog for another walk but I have to wait until it gets a little cooler, suppose to be 95 again today and its windy and humid makes for an unpleasant walk but we both need it.

Belinda-sorry to hear things are a mess hope things get better soon. Do some kickboxing that will make you feel better.

Debbie-enjoy your week of hope things at work get better.

Chris-sounds like you had a nice weekend. Nice job on your workouts.

Total calories burned= 754;)

I finally got a workout in, only did like 25-30 min:( I started getting so sick through my stomach, I had to stop. I thought I was gonna pass out, had to sit down. Not sure, what this was about. I do have a bad sinus headache since this morning, thought it would go away with the workout.

I been cleaning and throwing stuff out since this morning. We have the movers/packers here Monday, we don't have a lot of time. There were problems with the movers, they didn't wanted to pack my antiks in carboard or put it in grates:eek::rolleyes: WTH! My stuff will go in storage for a few month or up to a year. I told my husband I will not have those movers pack my stuff, I will find a moving company that will do what I ask them to do. It's my stuff! So transprtation (here on base) found us a new moving company after hours of arguing on the phone. I told my husband my suff will not leave the house until I feel compfy and they doing the right thing. We also have the painters and get the yard done. I will take a cleaning ladies after all that, I refuse to clean after the painters. I am excusted.
