Yesterday I took my dogs for a long walk ( I was mapping out a running route) it was so hot outside, I was so beat after that walk I fell a sleep around 7 pm:confused: Today my plan is to to a TB wo and cardio.

Today was Back and Biceps. I had a really good workout. Same as last week but I upped the weights and lowered the reps.

1 min. 30 second rest between each set.

BACK
Barbell Rows - 85# - 3 sets/6 reps (up 10#, droped 2 reps)
One-Arm Rows - 40# - 3 sets/10 reps (up 10#, dropped 2 reps)
Bent Over Lateral Raise - 17's - 3 sets/10 reps (up 2#, dropped 2 reps)

BICEPS
Barbell Curls - 55# - 3 sets/6 reps (up 5#, dropped 2 reps)
Seated Dumbbell Curls - 20's - 3 sets/8 reps (up 5#, dropped 2 reps)
Hammer Curls - 17's - 3 sets/10 reps (up 2#, dropped 2 reps)

Really felt this workout, especially back. My weights for biceps are still pretty light. I'm still testing my elbows. They felt fine today. No pain or tightness. :eek:

Abs and triceps are really sore today.

Tonite for me is KCM 30mins to WTs. and some abs. We survived the storms last night but now there is alot of flooding, glad I live on a hill.

Belinda-sorry you are suffering from the heat.

Hi girls!;)

I just finished my workout and have showered. I'm still having the IT band stuff going on, but it does tend to feel better after I've used my corn pillows for an hour then stretch a little, and finally workout. Its still a bit tight but its easier to move after all of that. Now all of that is now my routine now for a couple of weeks, ugh.

Here's today's workout:

Chalene Extreme- Burn Intervals= 46 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 408

Chalene Extreme- Extreme Abs= 16 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 109

Turbo Fire- HiiT 15= 15 Min
Met Value= 10.0
Calories burned=232

Total calories burned= 749;):cool:

I had a fun workout today and liked the CLX Extreme Abs today that was the first time I've done that one. Have a great day girls, its almost Friday!;):)

Tonite I did KCM Legs, Back and Chest wish I would have done this workout completely the whole time because it was a sweaty calorie burner.
