Crazy, strong & loving it for June 1, 2011

Good morning,

I decited to sleep in this morning:D I did SS last night.

The dogs are doing fine, they need to get used to all that heat. We went house shopping the last few weeks, can't believe how expensive home are in Maryland and West Vergina. :rolleyes: I don't want a huge house, just a little over 2000 sqft. We are looking at homes this morning. I think we gonna end up building a home, can't find what I like:confused:


Today I wll do some cardio not sure what yet? It's so hot outside, it's not even funny. It's in the 90's, they say it doesn't get that hot around here. We are in Harbors Fairy WV.

What rotations are you girs doing this month? Need some ideas?

Wow, it's June already! Yay!!! :eek:

Today was cardio and I decided to do one of the workouts programmed in my treadmill.

I chose the 400 calorie burner one. All flat running. Went from 2.8 to 8.5 mph. I have never ran any faster then 7.0 mph. Within the first 5 minutes that thing shot up to 8.3 mph.

I was dying. I couldn't run that fast and kept bringing the speed down. I was shocked at how winded I was.

But... I feel great! I did the entire workout, but mostly at my own speeds. It changed speeds every minute. No inclines with this workout.

Then I did my favorite Oxygen Abs workout. I had major energy this a.m.

CARDIO STATS:
45 minutes total
3 minutes below zone
7 minutes in zone
35 minutes above zone
386 calories burned (not quite the 400)
2.5 miles travelled

Tonite I am hoping to get in a walk but that will depend on the weather if not it will be some kind of cardio.

Belinda-its 90 to 100 degrees here all summer and usually its humid and windy. Hope you find a house soon.

Sorry I missed the last few days. Monday I had one of my horrible headaches and did not work out. Tuesday I decided to pick up on Cathe's JUNE 2011 ROTATION. It looks and sounds very cool. Of course, it will have modifications. I'm still trying to lay off step, so I plan on subbing in Turbo Fires for the step cardios when I can.

Yesterday I did an AMAZING fun run at the park for my cardio. I had a lot of twittery energy from taking an Aleve-D for my headache, so that helped, I think. But I just had fun, and have that "I want to run more" bug in me now! I came home and did the weight work from High Intensity Step from 4DS, which was back and chest. Got some pretty decent DOMS , but not NEAR as what I had on Sat from meso 2!!!

today was LIS, but I did Turbo Fire 30 Class for the cardio, and then did 4DS SHoulders and Calves. Oh! I also did abs on Tuesday, so I skipped them today.

Off to get a bday cake for hubby. Which is nice, but stinks, because I've been feeling really good aobut my eating this week and the scale is down a tiny. Maybe I can get by on just eating a taste? Hope I have the willpower!!

Belinda: Join in on the JUNE rotation!!! It seems fun!!! and a lot of variety! This week 4DS, next week GS and then circuits and Meso 3!!

Debbie: Good to hear you're feeling better about the workouts. And feeling like you have a ton of energy is awesome!!!

I'm still trying to stretch and apply heat alternately and am taking two aleve once a day to help. It feels like there is some sort of inflamation in the deep muscle tissue perhaps tendonitis? Not sure if you can get that in the hamstring, low back, and glute areas. Oh well, I'm hanging in there it always feels better after working out. :) Ok that's it for me girls, have a great day.:):cool:

I walked a 1/2 mile in the park then it started to lightening and cut loose and poored so I came home and did another 2 miles on the TM.
