CRAZY STRONG & LOVING IT FOR APRIL 30, 2011

Hi and good morning,

Yesterday I ended up doing TBC, didn't relized it was only 30 min. Oh well:rolleyes: my plan was to add HR on in the evening, that didn't happend:rolleyes::confused: went to Nuernberg instead, went to my moms & dads cemetary to put some flower on it. After that we went to our fav. Greek restaurant near by:p came back to the hotel, took the dogs for a long walk. I been walking A LOT lately! Yesterday, I walked the dogs for an 1 1/2 hour.

My plan is to do some cardio and get HR in. I also have to walk the dogs good, since we will get up for the airport early tonight.

Thanks guys! That means a lot to me! Sorry, I don't have time to do personals! I will have more time next week. It has been grazy busy here!

I am done with High Reps + abs, used two 9# DB's:) now you know why my suitecase is so heavy:eek: I also brought my dynabands + sliding discs;)Love that workout! Than I did Amy Bento Kick Box Surge! Love that workout, so much fun!

That is it for me today. I still have to walk the dogs twice today, turn in the rental car and get some zip lock bags. I will try to be back tonight. Need to go do laundry:confused: Have a wonderful day, everyone!
 
Today was total body and I had a really good workout. Same workout as last Saturday only in superset fashion.

2 sets/12 reps with 1 minute 30 second rest between each superset.

Good Afternoon,

I spent the morning in the emergency room with yongest DD her asthma has been giving her alot of trouble and today while she was at work she had an attack the nurse on duty told her to go to er because her lower lungs were diminishing and her heart rate was to high 143. They gave her 2 breathing treatments and some prednisone didn't want to send her home because her heart rate was still 120 but she was about to fall asleep so they let her go. I haven't worked out today but later I plan on doing KCMs Split Session full body timesaver.

Hi Girls!

Today is my "fit it in" Saturday. So I usually do HiiTs. Which I did. TF: 20 minutes. I have a cold and coughed kind of a lot after the drills. Probably not so good, but since I could breathe, I kept going. I did B&G's Stability Ball Abs bonus (15 minutes) too. I really like that ab work!! if you haven't done it lately, you should!

Belinda: You don't stop! between moving/packing/walking the dogs/workouts. when do you leave for the US? I've forgotten.

Debbie: Nice job on a good weight workout AND feeling good about it!

Roxie: That's horrible about your daughter! Scary stuff! Glad she's ok. Nice job on the walk yesterday in the wind. I say with that big of a wind, it DOES count as resistance!!

Nora: Great going on CLX yesterday!! And TF 30, which I think is just about the hardest TF workout. It goes the fastest right from the get-go!. I watched the wedding too, but I didn't get up at 4. I was lucky that when I turned the TV on at 6a she was just getting out of the car to go into the church! I found the entire thing fascinating!

I just finished my workout. I got a late start so that's why so late.

Here's today's workout:

Chalene Extreme- Burn It Off = 27 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 240
This was lots of fun I really love the intervals with a little plyo and resistance thrown in.

Chalene Extreme- Recharge It= 21 Min
Met Value= 2.0
Calories burned= 57
Really stretching and flexibility training felt great.

Kettlebell Bombshell- Circuit Workout= 24 Min
Met Value= 7.0
Calories burned= 229 Min
This was fun and intense really got my heart rate up. This was a new KB dvd and I like it.

Total calories burned= 526

Ok that's it for me today. I'll be back later for personals. What where is Heather? Chris said she's in Nora country. Is Heather in Oregon???

Good Evening,

I didn't get a workout in was busy plant flowers outside and getting some grocery shopping done. DH is leaving town after we celebrate his birthday so I will make up my workout.

Nora-good job with your workout.

Chris-DDs heartrate is finally down to 108 and the coughing is getting better.
