Today was Legs & Shoulders. I had a really good workout. Legs are like rubber!
1 min. 30 second rest between each set.
LEGS
Leg Press Station - 200# - 4 sets/8 reps
Barbell Static Lunges - 75# - 3 sets/10 reps
Hamstring Curls - 45# - 3 sets/12 reps
Barbell Calf Raises - 100#/3 sets/25 reps
SHOULDERS
Barbell Military Press - 55# - 3 sets/8 reps
Barbell Front Raise - 20# - 3 sets/10 reps
Lateral Raise - 12's - 2 sets/12 reps
***Right shoulder was really bothering me today for some odd reason. I tried doing the front raise with 25# and I felt a pop in my shoulder so I lowered it to 20#. Lateral raises just hurt so I stopped after the 2nd set.
Hi everyone!
I didn't check in yesterday, we had a huge severe thunderstorm that freaked me out. I've been tramatized by that tornado last week. So I was a mental mess. Plus we lost power twice , in the morning, BEFORE the storm. Weird.
Somehow I got my workout in though. I did Turbo Fire 45 EZ and then Abs 10.
Today was GS: Back Shoulders Biceps. Really enjoyed doing that one, even though I wasn't so in the mood for a workout. I then went for a 25 minute run. Nice quick sweat!

Debbie: Awesome workout today!! I had a weird burn in my LEFT shoulder today, it happened AFTER my workout when I was stretching. It hurt like hell! But then went away after I stopped the stretch. Weird!
Nora: Nice job on CLX yesterday! AND almost being finished with this phase!! Is the Lean Phase your favorite?
