Ok, OMG! I just finished doing LIS AfterBurn-Random Burn Premix that was killer! I think I'm in love with AfterBurn, that is one power packed workout. I remember reading last night on cathe's website shop the description and being a little disappointed there was no ab work listed. Now having done it I have to laugh at myself what was I thinking, hello discs. Not only do the discs work the legs using all kinds of muscle groups there it can also be used for abs such as burpees, spiderman pushups. So those great gliding discs can also be a new instrument of torture to add along with the now feared green band, firewalker band, and even innocent looking dixie cups. Yep! Cathe has done it again. If any of you are sitting on the fence about Cathe's new series, don't its awesome and the cathe LIS goodness is great come join us. Oh, and the Low impact high intensity is now joke, I sweated buckets and loved every minute of it. Awesome job Cathe!!!!

Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 109
I'm sure my abs will be feeling today for a couple of days yep, the after burn will still be sizzlin'.
