Crazy, strong and loving it for May 14, 2011

Good morning ladies,

I finally got a workout in this morning. I did STS Total Body plus abs!I haven't workout since Wednesday, I was sick the last few days. DH wouldn't let me workout:confused:he said I needed to take a break. He was right, for the first time:p Feeling a little better today.

Sorry, I haven't had time for personals.I will try to be back with personals later. I finally see an end to this mad house!

Good Afternoon,

This morning despite having a migraine and dizziness I did KCMs Split Session Lower Body workout and TurboJam standing abs since I can't lay down. I didn't do a workout yesterday came home from work and went straight to bed.

Belinda-glad to hear the craziness is getting better and that you listened to DH and took a break.

I just finished today's workout, just feeling really sleepy today, but I made myself get my workout in for today.

Here's Today's Workout:

Turbo Fire- HiiT15= 17 Min
Met Value= 10.0
Calories burned= 232

Chalene Extreme- Burn It Off= 27 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 240

Chalene Extreme- Recharge= 21 Min
Met Value= 2.0
Calories burned= 57


Total calories burned is sadly= 529:(

Belinda- I'm glad you took a couple of days off and listened to your DH! Nice workout today. I hope all the stress and craziness of moving is starting to ease up. Take care!;)

Roxie- Oh boy, sorry to hear about the dizziness. That doesn't sound like fun, please take it easy and be well. I see you do plan to workout today with Turbo Jam abs and KCMs Split Sessions lower body. Please don't over do it.
