Hi girls!

OMG! I can't believe I'm starting the thread for today and I even got a really late start and just now finished today's workout. This makes week 3 done and in the bag for me of CLX. I have one more week of Burn Circuit to do next week then I progress to the Push circuit, Yeah!

Here's today's workout:

Chalene Extreme- Burn It Off= 27 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 240

Turbo Fire- HiiT 15= 15 Min
Met Value= 10.0
Calories burned= 205

Chalene Extreme- Recharge= 21 Min
Met Value= 2.0
Calories burned= 57

Total calories burned today= 502;)

Thanks ladies, for the bday wishes! Sorry, I didn't check in in a few days, too much going on. We are now in Abilene TX. Tomorrow we will be in El Paso TX. Haven't worked out since May 3rd:confused: I decited to take the rest of this week as my recovery week. That means I will start a new rotation on Monday, I also will have heavier weights again and a step. I promise I will check in again. Miss you guys!
