Cory Everson tapes?

Has anyone tried the Cory Everson's Get Hard tapes.ie Lower Body and Abs? and the Upper body one?
Just curious if they are very intense or not? Does the upper body tape get to use heavy weights. I looked at the description at Collage.
I also was looking at a advertisement on an older Gin Miller tape. (I've been watching videos while jogging on the treadmill. It beats looking at the wall. LOL) A person can look at stuff, but I think it is better to ask someone who actually tried it. ?
Cory has some very very nice muscles.

I have Corys get hard abs&glutes and arms&shoulders.I havent done them in ages ....but I used to really like the arms one.After I got into Cathes workouts I have had a hard time doing anything else.;)

I was wondering how they compared with Cathe. ;-) I only do Cathe as well except for my new addition of Pilates. Still looking to get muscular arms. LOL Sigh! and waiting for the new Cathe video release. }( :p
 
I have them both.I'm sorry but I just cannot get past her outfits.She looked like a warrior princess.I was just looking at them today and thinking I should sell them.She also moved from one thing to the next very fast and I was sort of lost.But I guess if you do them enough you will know whats going on.

After reading good reviews, I got the arms tape. It's ok but has an early 90s feel and isn't very motivating. The moves are basic, nothing very innovative. You could just do the moves on your own while watching tv since I'm sure you already know them. It would be ok for beginners. I wouldn't get it (unless it's free).
 
I regretted trading away GHAS and recently got it back in a trade. I still can't do the workout without having to use the pause button on my vcr.
Every time I do Cory's Get Hard Arms & Shoulders people notice how 'buffed' my arms look. To me it's a keeper, despite the dominatrix look. (Cathe's workouts are a mainstay in my routine but Cory's GHAS just seem to be my preferred choice when I want to concentrate on arms & shoulders.

GHAS was one of my first videos several years back. It's pretty intense, especially if you go heavy, but it's just WAY too fast. She does those moves like lightening. If she were slower I could heavy up even more than I do, plus it would be safer.

The outfits and the comments she makes are very irritating, but it's easy for me to get past that sort of thing. I'm more interested in the effectiveness of a workout rather than anything else going on.
