How do you use CoreMax? Do you use it instead of the core in other Cathe workouts? Or do you use it in addtion to? Or do you use it for an additional day of core work?
I usually use it on a day when I do a workout that doesn't have its own core section, like Imax 3, Kickmax or Lowmax. Or I'll add it on to whatever is in the workout.

I use it to replace the 2nd half of Pyramid Upper Body. That ab workout just doesn't suit me somehow. It's so simple to replace it with a Coremax segment which works much better for me.
I use it like any other ab or core work out. I use it when I have more time to do my abs or if I miss an ab day for some reason I will use Coremax on my rest day to make up for it....
