Cool it off stretch routine

Hi,

I recently received the Debbie Sieber's
Cool it Off stretch DVD. I have done it twice
so far and would recommend it to others. I have
done the whole 55 minute workout each time.
I really like it and time goes by pretty fast.
The hip stretches sitting on the chair were a
favorite and so were the neck stretches.
 
I have that and like it but I don't have the patience for 55 mins of stretching only so whenever I have done it I have split it up and done 1/2 one day and 1/2 the next....I wish that I had the patience...:-(
 
I like it (though I think it's only 45 minutes long).

I like the stretches as well as the knee stabilizing work and the back stabilizing work.
