I am getting ready to work my Back & Biceps plus abs!

I will be back to report my workout.

Good Morning Ladies

Today I will do Cardio and a specialty workout from CSF......boulder shoulders...lol When I do it is up for debate. My day is so spread out...my first appt. is at 6:30 this morning ( I need to get my butt in gear), and my last one is at 7 p.m. So, I"m really going to try and sneak home in the middle of the day!!! Ugh.

Belinda- Have a great workout!

Melissa- Awesome workout yesterday!!! That is tough! Show prep just kinda started for me. I'll be training for my first show all the way til April....and then from there, who knows...?

Trish- LOL @ ditching STS....I wouldnt' put it quite that like that!! I hope you do finish it out!

Deb- Not much time for "cooking"...it's more like "food prep"...lol Did you get a workout in?? I hate when you can't find just a couple of hours to squeeze in something. :confused: Funny, we almost ran out of candy (for once).

Helene- Oh my aching quads.........

Kristin- Ok I will have to youtube her performance on that song! I love all her songs too! And I will be doing competitions starting next spring......:)

Amelia- I really hope you end up liking your new job!! I'm excited for you..... soon we can hear about your work drama!!! LOL Make sure you come up with a name......remember, the hole, dump, and cave are already taken! :eek:

Morning girls,

I have even intention of getting in a good workout later this afternoon. There is no way i will be working out in the morning before work:confused: Not sure what im doing yet?

I caved in last night and had some Halloween candy:eek::confused: Sure can't lose weight eating minuture snickers & kitkats:eek:
today is a fresh new day...right?;)

Iris-LMAO, i will be sure to keep you guys updated on all the drama @ work. So far, nothing exciting happening. I wasn't crazy about my trainers yesterday...they acted like they could care less if they were there or not:( not very encouraging for a new employee...im glad they smoke so i don't have to take breaks with them, teehee( separate break area's;))

Morning ladies!

No abs for me last night :( I got sucked into Facebook for almost 2 hrs and I totally forgot to do them :eek: I might have to tack those babies on tonight. The plan is to start Meso 2 (yay!!!!!!) and throw in 30 min of some kind of cardio, not sure what yet.

Belinda, I totally forgot about BM! I have so many Cathe DVDs and I forget about most of them. I have my go-to's and with all the premixes, I usually stick with that handful. I need to branch out more.

Iris, wow that is a long day! I hope you can sneak home for a bit.

Amelia, I used to be able to get up before work to workout and that just doesn't happen anymore unless I absolutely HAVE to do it. Especially now that it's cold and dark out in the morning, it is so hard getting up extra early. I like working out in the evenings though; it makes me way more relaxed! You can burn those Halloween calories!!!! WORK WORK! ;)

I couldn't fit a workout in last night:( My plan is to do MM when I get home from work. I'm bring DS with me to work to help out and hopefully get home sooner.

Belinda - Great job with back & bi's:) I hope your right and Cathe posts a rotation.

Iris - Hmm, almost sounds like your training for a spot on the "Survivor" show;)

Amelia - Love your new ticker. You deserve a treat and I'm sure it won't do too much damage, besides I'm sure you'll burn extra calories at work.

Trish - Your tempting me to start STS. I wanted to wait and play around with the new workouts. Are you using the squat legs or plyo?

Melissa - That was weird what your co-worker said but soon you'll have sweet revenge when you give your notice:)

Lori - Where are you?

Kristin - How did your day off go?

Hi Girls,

Busy, busy........

DS had his speech apt yesterday morning, then I had two sessions yesterday...when I sat down last night to get online, DH had his laptop left at work:confused: So no checking in for me.

Yesterdays workout 4 miles on the TM, mixed in with some leg work. The day before that I did UB and a 9k run outside. Today I had to meet someone for a workout so I only had 30 mins for ME!:eek: What's this coming to?? So I did 3.5 miles on the TM.

I have two flights tonight, one at midnight and the other at 3:14 (BARF!) so I am going to come back and just stay here. What's the point in going home? Not only that my coworker was sick yesterday and I have twice the amount of work I normally would. I am plugging through it though and am almost done. Good thing is the phone isn't interupting me.

Belinda** Are you doing the GS's? I am going to send my friend a FB message and ask for my GS series back. I don't know why she just doesn't buy them herself. If i were to have a loan of something that I enjoyed, I would just go buy it. She asked me the other day what workouts she should get...I should of said GS!

Ameila** I stopped counting the bars...LOL...normally mini wonder bars get me, but there are none in the house. So I have resorted to oh henry! I have a hard time believing that there is 80 cals in one of those little bars and probably 250 in a big one. That doesn't really make sense.

Iris** Have fun with your clients today!! I don't mind meeting at 6:30, especially when I get a good sleep.

Deb** Here I am! :p I wasn't gone to far! Its going to be a busy weekend though, may not get to check in much...I will just warn you now!

Melissa** 2 hrs on FB!:confused::p I use to be able to do that when it was new to me but now I rarely log in. Sometimes I will log on just to be nosey!

Hey girls, we got off early again today so I took advantage of the alone time and got in Upper Body split premix by ME. Very fun workout:)

Man, i don't remember work being this hard:confused: i must be getting old? The job requires ALOT of walking/lifting ...very physical. My legs are sore:eek: oh well, maybe they will lean out;)

Debbie-have a great workout with MM

Melissa-Facebook will do that too ya...i will be on there and before you know it-its bed time:eek: My blog takes up a lot of time too.

Lori-I know...those little snickers candies are evil, 80 calories just isn't worth it. I refuse to eat anymore!! Great workouts the past few days...have a great night tonight at work.

Trish-Nice job on your workout this morning! Congrats on the weight increases. And to answer you from yesterday; yes..omgosh yes! its hard to balance work/house/workouts in one day:eek:. But i have you guys to inspire me:)

Belinda, are you getting good doms from this rotation? How many weeks long?
Amelia, congrats on the job! Working, kids, house - it's quite a juggling act, and I'm not very coordinated, so something is always getting behind. If I don't work out in the am, I probably won't get it in at all, that's the only reason I do it in the am.
Lori, you sure sound like you're getting quite busy. I agree you should get your dvds back. I don't like to loan mine out, cause I'd worry I wouldn't get them back.
Iris, I must have missed why you're stopping sts. Does it conflict with getting ready for the competitions?
Helene and Iris, why don't you ladies suggest a couple of dates/times so we can come up with a plan? Love the recipe ideas.
Melissa, you must be feeling relief that you're almost there, and then a bit of nerves over the changes. So proud of you for making the decision and following thru. So many others don't. Oh wait, that's me with the cookie challenge -shhh.
Kristin, you sure sound like you're enjoying the smartboard. I used one today and love them. Had a presentation this morning and used one, and in the afternoon had a laptop/projector, and there was no comparison.
Deb, is ds home? How's that going? Good idea to have him help out to get things done faster.
Did sts plyo legs this morning. DH even got up earlier than usual so I could squeeze this in before leaving early for work. I love, love, love plyo, and he does not have the same feelings for it. So sad, the poor man doesn't know what he's missing.
Yesterday woke up in night with a nightmare that deer ticks were all over the floor in my den, so I had to jump out of bed to go check on its versity. None there, but the shock of the thought kept me awake for a few hours, so I took yesterday as a rest day.
I'm so tired, I can feel my eyelids getting heavier.

Ugh...so sleepy!:( I still have another couple of hours here forsure. Maybe I should have went home! I was kinda doozing in and out after dinner which ruined my intended nap with DS at bedtime. I would probably feel more alert right now if I had a sensible nap.

Ameila** So did you get the job or are still in orintation part? I missed a day and I didn't know if you had gotten the job. I am happy that the oh henry bars are almost all gone!

Cookie** I know, loaning out my dvds isn't a wise thing to do. I know I loaned someone the body blast dvd, the one with all the mixed workouts on it and I don't know who as it!:( Not only that but if they scratch them then Im tough out of luck!

I ordered the new workouts on Sunday!:) Can't wait to get them!!!

I will bb sometime tomorrow!
