Hi all. Yesterday ended up being a rest day. It was our last tee-ball game and by the time we got home, got clean and ate dinner it was 9 o’clock. So today I am hoping to do some cardio and then Gym Styles back, shoulders and biceps. Just don’t know if I will have the time to fit it all in. I have five more days of classes before we begin final exams. I gave my last quiz of the year on Friday. Trying to get things done and tie up loose ends before grades are due.
Latest problem, which is not a problem, but just emotional for me. . . My sis, whom I have always had a rocky relationship with (we just started talking to each other a year ago after not speaking for a year except when we had to at family gatherings) announced on Facebook that she is moving to PA in four weeks. I am a little upset that she announces it on facebook and did not call me with the news. It is kind of weird to find out on FAcebook, no? And I knew they were planning on leaving LI I just didn’t realize this soon. In one way, I am relieved because even though we are on good terms right now, I walk on eggshells around her to keep it that way (she is bipolar and it can get really bad between us). However, when my DH sawy it on facebook, he just blurted it out in front of my DS, who is close to his cousin, they are a year apart. My DS started crying, balling really. So I am sad for my DS, but relieve for myself, and a little upset that it was just announced on FB and she didn’t call. I feel all kinds of mixed emotions, which I hate. I dunno, just had to vent I guess. Sorry, lol.
Deb- I have been doing Gym Styles this week too and I might be doing a LM premix today, lol.
Amelia- I am thinking of LM premix today. I give you credit for getting your workouts in even if your MIL is there. It is always awkward for me to workout in front of anyone, including DH. The point is, you are getting it done! I think you are a saint for having her in your home now for 12 hrs plus a day for ¾ days a week when you guys have a “history.” BTW, most of us have a “history” with MILS. I just hope when my boys get married that I am a cool MIL and not a nasty, manipulative, passive-aggressive B$%^& like a MIL I have the pleasure of knowing

. As far as overeating. You are aware of it and you are doing something about it. We all have slip-ups here and there, whether it is overeating, overdrinking or overbuying, etc. No one is perfect. Every day is a new day. Okay, I am done with my “motivational speaker” lingo now. Just keep going. . .
Lori- sometimes having time to think is not a good thing for me either. I am a bit of a control freak and when something is out of my control it can freak me out. I overthink things a lot. I am just learning now to let it be, and that is not easy to do, lol.
Helene- just saw that you do LM too yesterday. That’s it, I am definitely doing it today, lol.
Belinda- I cannot imagine how busy you are and then getting in the workouts on top of that!
