Hey Roxie, How are you this week. Yesterday turned into a rest day. This morning I did the P90X Fit test. Hope to get a real workout in tonight. Fit test should some improvement. I almost doubled my (on toe) pushups in the past 4 weeks. The big difference I saw was in my resting heart rate.

Well DH came home from being out of town and we jsut hung out watching tv, so I never got the real workout in last night. This moring I started the last phase of P90X with Chest and Back and Ab Ripper X. Glad its done and out of the way.

Good Morning Jean,

Monday I did Gilads Vol 1, and yesterday I went for a 2 mile walk. Tonite is Gilads Vol 1 different set of exercises and a 2 mile walk. Sometimes we just have to spend time with the hubs.

Today I did Shoulders and Arms. Still need to do Ab Ripper X. I think my knees have decided that I cannot just add in more running with the P90X program. They are starting to get sore. I guess on cardio days, I will just have to sub in the running for the P90X program. Beside my knees starting to bother me, trying to fit in 2 workouts a day a couple times a week is hard especially when I'm having trouble trying to fit in 1 a day.

Tonite I did Gilads Vol 1 Hamstrings, Buttocks, Abs and Obliques but it seemed more like back work. I wanted to go for a walk but the temps never made it as high as they said it would. Are you ordering Cathe's new workouts?

Nice job with your workouts. I have one of Gilad's series. I haven't used it in a while. I don't know if I will order Cathe's new workouts. Probably because the idea of having a low impact series appeals to and the presale prices are usually pretty good. But I really don't need to add to my workout library because I already so many I don't use enough.

This morning's workout was a mile run with the running group.

Good Evening Jean,

I didn't workout today laid out in the sun then DH and I ran some errands. We are puppy sitting so we can't be gone for long. It felt good to soak up some sun. I am going to wait and see what the packages are because I really don't want the spin workout and not sure about the barre workouts. Sounds like you had a good workout and you did a really good job this week to.

I went for a 2 mile walk this morning and even though it is really windy here I had an amazing walk then I laid out in the sun again.

This morning was back and biceps. My knees are bothering my so I don't know what I am going to do about cardio. I'm icing them tonight to see it that will help. Haven't done cardio since Saturday so they should not be acting up.

Good Morning Jean,

All I have managed to do this week is a walk on Monday. I won't be walking tonite but hope to get a wt. workout in, I drank to many margaritas last night. Good job with your workout.
 
Today was a running workout from the 9-5 program. After a warm up you do 3 minutes sprints followed by 2 mintutes recovery and repeat 4-5 times. I was out for a total of 45 minutes and went 3+ miles. I wrapped my knees so I will see if that helps for tomorrow. It doesn't hurt during the runs, just the next day or two afterwards. I also iced them so I hope that helps too.

Margaritas sound nice. I had a few this weekend myself :).

Which Gilad's program are you doing? It sounds very well rounded.

Yesterday was Chest Triceps and Shoulders and today was Leg and Back. I did not get tin the Ab workout last night. (stopped for margaritas with some friends after work and forgot to do them when I got home. I hoep to get them in tonight.

Good Morning Jean,

I am doing Gilads TV series from Fittv, he likes to work the legs alot but thats a good thing I am lacking in that area. Tonite is Vol 2, Chest, Shoulders, Abs and Hamstrings. It is rainging here today so no walk for me tonite.

This morning I did Gilads Vol 2 Outer Thighs, Biceps, Triceps and Abs I don't think I worked chest this week. DH and I are going shopping today and then eating Olive Garden. Had margaritas again last night.

Looks like you are back in the zone with your workouts. Nice job. This morning was my running group. I took it easy and didn't jog the whole time. I have the Warrior Dash tomorrow so I didn't want my knees acting up.

Today I did SM #1. I was going to lay out today but its just not warming up the way I wanted it to. I received my new Kelly Coffey Meyer workouts in the mail Friday so I am going to start them tomarrow.
