Hi Roxie. Your trail walk sound great. I finally managed to do a weight workout today. I did biceps and triceps with medium weights and also did Ab Ripper X. So far so good. Hope the wrist stays that way.

Good Evening Jean,

Monday night I went for a walk twice, I did 2 miles after work in the park and then after supper I took the dog on a 2 mile walk in the neighborhood. Tonite I did KCM TLC Upper Body Split. I am still fighting dizziness so I only used 7 and 5 lb wts. It is storming here tonite. Good job with your workouts.
 
I've been out of town for the past couple of days. While on vacation I did manage to get in some step classes at the resort and some nice walks on the beach.

Hope you are enjoying your Memorial Day Weekend. Hope the dizziness is better.

I have been keeping up with my workouts as a matter of fact I went for a walk twice yesterday for a total of 5 miles. I hope you had a good time. I got to spend the day spoiling my great nephew. Today is the first good day without alot of dizzines haven't had to take anything.
