Hi all, thought I would share this will all of you.
Last week while trying to get rid of a migraine my youngest daughter (25) came over for breakfast. We started talking about her upcoming cruise and how its been really hard for her to shed the last few pounds and fat from her already fit and trim body. She is also very aware of my workouts with Cathe and others. While we were viewing Cathe's PLB she challenged me saying that the she could do this workout with no problem. Suffice it to say that I took that challenge, migraine and all. We began with the leg presses - I was using dumbells and she used my barbell with 25 # on it I was using 15s. She had me pause the tape - she was winded - litterally. After about 8 minutes later and lots of water we began again. Throughout the entire workout she kept asking me - Mom you do these workouts all the time? Mom, I want to look like Cathe! Mom, this is really hard! At the end of the workout I stretched even longer because of my lower back (as many of you have read from past posts, I suffer with ddd) and my poor baby was totally wasted and laying on the carpet. The next morning she calls me telling me that she can't move, that every muscle in her lower body was in pain, meanwhile I'm at work with some light soreness but nothing as she is describing. So you see my dears, Cathe can definately knock out even fit and trim 25 year olds, including mine.
