Good Morning!

Saturday I did FlexTrain. Sunday was my rest day. Did some stretching. This morning I did LowMax premix which was the warm-up Combo & Intervals 1-4 and then the stretch.

This afternoon I go see my doc that did the surgery on my hip. Been having lots of hip flexor issues so I want to make sure nothing is wrong and see if I'm dealing with extremely strained muscles. It's frustrating just lifting my knee or doing a front kick is painful. We'll see what he has to say.

Hearty - hope you had a great trip!

Make it a great day!

Good Afternoon!
This morning I did Burn Sets Chest, Back, Shoulders and core.

My doc appointment went fine. Thankfully nothing is wrong with the hip replacement. I have psoas tendinitis. I'm not one for taking prescribed meds but I promised the doc I would take 2 Alleve 2x/day to help get the inflammation down. They want to get this calmed down before it turns into a chronic issue. Lord knows I don't want that. I can't do anything that will irritate it, which I have been for the most part. I'm going to continue the exercises I've been doing to help release that muscle. I do have to say, already with taking 2 alleve last night it felt better this morning. If this doesn't work, they want to do an injection right in to psoas muscle to get the inflammation down. Really don't want to do that if I don't have to. Hopefully the Alleve and the exercises I've been doing will do the trick.

Tomorrow DH has double hernia surgery. I'm off of work tomorrow and then Friday. Even though I will be stuck in a hospital the majority of the day, I'm looking forward not being at work.

Enjoy the rest of your day!

Hi!
Yesterday was a very long day. DH's surgery went well but took much longer than what they were expecting. They ended up admitting him because the pain was so bad and his oxygen levels were low. Good thing he was in the hospital because he told me this morning that his blood pressure got really really high during the night. He's going better today and they changed his meds to help out more with the pain and that is working now.

Yesterday morning I did CCPP and had a great sweat fest. Today being as exhausted as I was from yesterday and not sleeping the greatest last night managed to do BS Bi's & Tri's and abs done this morning. Did much better than I was expecting. Stayed with 20's on the Bi's except the first TF set.. then I dropped to 17 lbs.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Hi Brenda. I was away on spring break all week. Glad there is no problem from your hip surgery.

I got back in the swing of things with Meso 1 disc1 followed by elliptical cardio.
