Hi Ladies!

Had a very nice weekend. Massages with DH on Saturday and then to Blue Harbor in Sheboygan with his sister & DH. Dinner at Rupps was excellent as always. We had a very nice time and a nice visit.

Saturday I did FlexTrain. Sunday was rest day.. some stretching. Today I did CC6. Need something to get a real good sweat going and that did the trick.

Good Morning Ladies!

This morning I did Burn Sets Chest, Back, shoulders and abs. I did some of my own ab work. I've been having issues with the hip flexor muscles so I wanted to stay away from anything that would irritate it.

Tonight I have a session with my first official client. Super excited about it. We have a winter weather advisory until 6pm so I'm concerned she may not make it due to the weather, which I understand, I don't want her to get in an accident on the way out. We'll see.

Good Morning!

This morning I did the All Out Extreme Cardio premix from AOLIH. It was a real good workout.

Last nights session was just an assessment to see where my clients mobility, stability, flexibility, and strength was at. Tonight we'll get into the workout.. looking forward to.

This morning I did Burn Sets Bi's, Tri's, and Core. Had a great work out. Really good strength.

The first official training session with my client went well. Next one is on Saturday. Right now I have her booked through the rest of the month.

Today was Cardio Coach Press Play. I did it all 5 challenges. Excellent calorie burner and sweat fest. I did really good considering I've been awake since 1am.

Hi Brenda! It is great to come back. I just needed a mental break from the forum. I was afraid that no one would be checking in at all, but sad to see that you have been doing it alone. That is a testament to your commitment for sure. My mornings have been very refreshing. Anyway, the last few days I have been saying that I was coming back to check in and I hope you ladies were still here.

I did not go back to read everything so I will ask a few questions. How has your recovery been from hip surgery. I assume well since you seem to be back at it. Great to hear the client visit went well. That's a positive move for your business.

It has been a long time since I checked in so I don't remember where I left off. I am going on the RT and I am not sure if was checking in when that happened. This will be my 2nd RT and I am excited. I got the RWH series and those Plyo Hiit workouts are a killer. I am just not sure if I will be pulling those out that often. I am currently using Xtrain which is a series that I really like.

Welcome back. It was getting lonely here by myself ;). That is so awesome that you are going on the RT again this year. I'm hoping next year she'll come back and do the Chicago RT. I'd love to go again. They are so fun and inspiring. I love XTrain too. I've only been able to do some of the workouts in RWH. Been enjoying those too. Can't wait until May when all my restrictions are lifted. I so miss the boxing and kickboxing workouts.

This morning I did Afterburn. First time I have done that in a long time. It was hard but I made it through. My hip recovery has been going well. My only struggle is within my hip flexor area. Still feels like I have a fair amount of scar tissue there and damage to the muscles and tendons. Seeing an acupuncturist to hopefully help me out.

My first official client is actually one of my sisters. I train with her 3x/week for 30 min. I've been enjoying that. Last night I had a meeting with a recreation supervisor at a Community Center in the area and the meeting went extremely well. Starting in May I will be teaching a boxing/kickboxing class Monday nights and Saturday mornings I have a Saturday Shape up class, which will be a mix of low impact intervals and toning. I'm really pumped for that. They brought me on as an independent contractor. I make up my own classes. Good thing I have some stuff put together from the retreat I was supposed to do. I need to change it up a little and check out my music because currently I think what I have put together is a little over an hour and I can't go over an hour.

Other exciting stuff I have in the works is I talked to Anita "Sarge" Kellman that started Beat Cancer Bootcamp about forming a Chapter in Washington County. Currently there is only one Chapter in Wisconsin. I thought being a part of this would be huge for my business. You have to buy the licensing fee of a hefty price tag of $5000. The Chapter in Milwaukee/Waukesha had ProHealth (medical facility) pay for the licensing fee. So I contacted one of the big medical facilities in my area about who I could contact to talk to about this. So far I haven't heard anything back but I just contacted them yesterday about this. Lots going on.

Good Morning!

This morning was XTrain Bi's and Tri's and I did my own ab work. Had pretty good strength this morning. Legs and glutes are feeling it this morning from Afterburn yesterday. It's all good though.

I got my information yesterday on Kellman's Beat Cancer Bootcamp. Would still like to do this as I believe its for a good cause and I think it would be good for my business. Need to figure out how to sell to someone else to cover the licensing fee. If you have any ideas or advice, I'll take it. :)

Happy Friday!!

This morning I did Cardio Coach Press Play. I skipped the last challenge so I had more time to stretch. I was a pool of sweat which felt great.

DH leaves for Florida tomorrow for a Plastics show and is gone all week. I wish I could have gone with him but I need to stay home and take care of our diabetic cat. Someday I'll get to go away for more than an overnighter.

That is a hefty licensing fee. I hope someone will sponsor you. It's for a good cause so I hope it works out.

Is press play part of the cardio couch series? I am so glad I decided to do a rotation of Xtrain. It's has been perfect for me right now. Not too long in time makes it even better.
