Hi Ladies!
Saturday I did Athletic Training. Sunday was a rest day and this morning I did RWH LI Hit 1 & 2.
I've been having issues with my psoas muscles (hip flexor area) and it's getting really frustrating. He hurts to do something as simple as a kick. I've been checking out online what I can do for it so I've been doing more stretching but if I don't start seeing an improvement soon, I'm going into the doc to make sure that this muscle isn't caught on part of my hip replacement. I've read that can happen. I hope that is not the case.
Spring is finally here. Now if the weather would start feeling like it. All in time though I'm sure we'll get there. I'm just tired of being cold.
