Buff Badgers Week of 5/5

Saturday I did MMA Boxing adding some of my extra cardio and also did the extra bonus bag portion as well. Saturday morning I joined my sisters for the Park Walk in Mukwonago for Cancer awareness. It was a little chilly but the sun was out so that was good. They had a really good turnout. Saturday afternoon did my grocery shopping and cleaned the house. Sunday was no workout. In the morning I did yard work and got some of my flower beds cleaned up. Still have lots to do. In the afternoon we went down to No No's to listen to a friend play in a 3 pc band. That as enjoyable.

This morning started week two of Mesocycle 2 Chest, Shoulders, and triceps. I feel like my body is in the swelling phase with the heavy lifting.

Saturdays I finished week 1 of Meso 2. Oldest had a double header baseball so that was the rest of my day. Sunday was an out of town double header for my youngest. Do I sound tired? No workout today. I have decided that I am not going to stress myself out during this time. I will work out when I have enough energy. My biceps are some kinda sore today from Saturdays work out. I like it though:).
 
This morning I did Hardstrikes, the 3 HB tabata's and core 1. The tabata's in there would be much more fun if I had a punching bag like they do. Oh well.

Hearty - My body has been talking to me so far with every workout in Meso 2. So I know what you mean. Today my chest, shoulders, and tri's are talking to me. It's all good though. ;)

Today was chest, shoulders and triceps. My triceps are just not as strong as they used to be.

I dont think I could do Hardstrikes while doing STS...Lot of Upper body work LOL.
 
Today was legs. We'll see how many days I have DOMS this time.

Doing Hardstrikes yesterday after doing upper body Monday wasn't easy. When I chose that one I was thinking what would be so taxing on the legs so my legs sore for today. My tri's are still talking to me from Monday.
 
Yesterday was PR Step 2 which is fun and not as tired as the high impact workouts.

Enjoy the muscle fire in the legs.
 
Today I did one of the premixes from Cathe's Greatest Hits. The one without the BM2 combos.

I need to preview the PR DVD's once.

Have DOMS in the legs from yesterday's workout but thankfully not as sore as last week.

I sure hope Sam is doing ok. It bothers me that she hasn't been on for a couple of weeks.

This morning was Meso2 back & biceps. I really pushed it on the bi's so I have a feeling they'll be talking to me tomorrow.
