Don't know if anyone will be around this week so I may be talking to myself here
. First off, I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and enjoyed the time spent with family. You've all been good so I'm sure Santa was good to you (or as good as he can be with this economy). Hope you all enjoyed some yummy treats, too. Hey, it just gives you more energy for your workouts!

So far I'm loving STS. I was afraid these would be too high impact and/or too advanced but I'm finding them easy to modify and surprisingly not having to modify as much as I thought I would. I'm still scared of 40-20 though.
So far I've done 30-30 HIIT, Cardio Blast and MMA Boxing. I loved all of them so far. I know some are disappointed the workouts aren't longer but I'm a fan of shorter workouts that I can mish-mosh with something else if I have more time. Haven't previewed or tried the Step workouts yet but I'd like to do one of those next.
