BPMs for sculpting

Hi all,

I am trying to break into teaching and I will be teaching a 45 minute body sculpting class at a local women's gym in the near future. Just a quick question about BPMs. What bpm do you typically use for a warmup? What about for a sculpting class? I am going to be doing a bunch of compound exercises and pushups, low-end lunges, leg floorwork, abs etc.

Any other tips about teaching this class would be helpful. I'm just starting out, so I really don't have any experience. I've been practicing alot. There is also another instructor who will be team teaching with me when I start.
