Another body weight, calisthenics and Boss bands/loops workout featuring the STS Dip Bars, incorporating cardio (maybe modified burpees, mountain climbers, jump squats, fast feet using the bars for assistance). Cool-down stretches could be standing & bar assisted. Premixes could be strength only, cardio only, cardio first or strength first.
