Hi every one I need advice please. I'm 39 years old, 5'6 tall and 145 lbs, my goal is not lose pounds is get my body fat down, I eat healthy, now I'm doing Xtrain. Thank you.
Be sure to eat a snack before your workouts. Eat enough protein. Lift heavy. You will put on some muscle. Don't eat at a deficit (eat enough calories). If you eat at a deficit during the muscle building phase you will be super sore. Don't worry about the few pounds gained. Once you have the muscle that you like, you can trim (or cut) what little fat you wish to lose. I personally find trying to do both at the same time not to be efficient and to be painful (extra doms).
