WOW! Christmas is TOMORROW! I can't believe it!

How are you all doing? Any stress going on with last minute stuff? I'm in really good shape. We have the church Christmas pageant tonight that younger DS is in, and my mom is coming over sometime before that so we can bake kiffle YUMMY!

I have to be quick.....kids are fighting me for the PC.

I got up at 6:45am this morning....told ya I couldn't sleep much later than that. And I got in a great workout with CTX Upper Body Split. My arms were a'shakin' by the time I was done. For whatever reason, this workout was calling my name last night while I was looking at my DVDs for today!

I'll BBL sometime. MERRY CHRISTMAS, just in case I miss you guys throughout the day!

Hey ladies. Quick question for you all. I've created a new Daily Journal page that incorporates areas for 'planned' and 'actual' meal plans AND 'planned' and 'actual' workout plans on ONE page. I did this for 2 reasons. First, because my journal book was getting too thick using 2 separate pages for each of the 84 days, using the BFL sheets. Second, because I like to have my meal journal AND a workout section on one page.

It's an Excel spreadsheet. If you'd like a copy, let me know. I didn't keep anybody's email address, sorry, or else I'd just send it out now. So, if you'd like to take a look, email me at [email protected] and I'll send it off to you.

Maybe it would be helpful to somebody else!

Thank you all for the warm welcome! Yes, this is the first time that I've doing the challenge, though unofficially since I haven't registered. I'm mostly trying to prove to myself that I can make a commitment to my own health, along with lose some fat and gain some muscle.

Up at 5:30 this a.m., but after taking the dog out, finished wrapping gifts, and very happy to say that I'm done! Had time to fit in GS Legs before getting the kids and I to the dentist for checkups then stopping by the grocery store on the way home. Now we're here hanging out for a bit until we head to church at 4:00.

Eating today will be a challenge. We're fixing chicken ravioli for dinner. I just need to keep the portions in check. I do write down what I eat. I double-sided copied the excel sheets from the BFL site; so far that's working for me in my book.

MERRY XMAS EVE!!! :)

Getting ready to leave work...have to pick up a few things at the grocery store, and then take my DS to his GF's for dinner tonight. I am hoping to make 4:30 mass tonight, but if not their is always a 7:30 one tonight. My problem right now is, is trying to figure out what my DD is going to wear. She is a jeans/t-shirt type of gal and doesn't have any dress clothes. I think the one pair of black pants she has are too small for her...I will have to see.

Tonight is Chicken Breast for dinner. It's nice to have my BF home for the remainder of the week, this means no cooking for me :) I HATE TO COOK..maybe that is why I don't do so well on BFL ..

I am fighting, trying to decide what to do for a workout. I started the BBC Rotation last week, but I get soooooo bored, soooo easily. I guess I should finish up the rotation, Hey, you never know I might get some good results out of it :) I would love to try the 4DS soon though...it's Wendy's and she comes home from Thailand middle of Jan.

BBL - Off to the store I go...
