Best Workouts to lose fat

For me, the quickest way to loose fat is clean eating. I can do Cathe, or any other workout, consistently every day, every week, every month but if I don't clean up my eating ( consistently every day, every week, every month)- - I will be a stronger size, not a smaller size. HTH
 
I agree about the diet. What kinda workouts are you doing now? Maybe just switching things up will do the trick:D I just finished Cathe's 9 month Bodybuilding the middle of August. And before that I did STS Pyramid. I did a total of 4 rounds of STS back to back. I love STS!! I was a little burned out after the 9 month Bodybuilding rotation. Your body gets used to doing the same workouts over and over. I knew I needed to change things up to see a change. Now I am doing lots of Barre workout. I hated Barre workouts, it BURNS! . Light weights and high reps. You also use your own bodyweight a lot in Barre. I see a lot of great changes in my body. You really have to find and try out workouts and see how your body is responding. We are all different, our body respond differently to workouts. I also love PiYo.
 
I am currently doing Jillian's Body Revolution but using Cathe for Cardio. I think I've been slowly losing inches. I am concerned because my dr, keep saying you are not losing any weight. Its really stressful.
 
phatgyrl2, I did JM Body Revolution and lost inches. The scale didn't move much at first. You will lose weight, just keep doing what you been doing. Jillian's programs are fantastic. If you are losing inches, that's fantastic. Eventually the weight will too. How long have you been doing Body Revolution? If you in Phase 1, you need to give it some time. Keep us posted and good luck!

Thanks I am only in week three of phase 1. I will keep at it, hopefully I will see some scale movement by months end. Thanks for kind words guys.
