When you do a cardio workout, do you ever kind of 'ham it up' and play it like you've got an audience?
The other day, I was doing Interval Max, and was making all my moves 'photogenic'(not that I would do it for a photo, or even in public, but I did think "If I ever go to a Cathe road trip and do this, everyone will think I'm a ham!"). I added some "ta da" type moves, watched my ROM, and just enjoyed myself. I actually think it gave me a better workout, partly because it was a distraction!
So, 'fess up: who else has done this?
