Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, April 8th, 2021 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Metabolic Core” LIVE! This “no repeat” workout will focus on firing up the entire core region with a series of metabolic core exercises that alternate between standing and floor based core work.

Various weighted sets of dumbbells. I’ll be working between a 3lb to 15lb range.
