Hey, I know we are few, but I wanted to post one last time, even if it's to officially say good-bye to our thread. 
Plus, it's my 300th post, and I wanted it to be with y'all.
Gin, thanks for the messages. I've missed you, too. I hope your mom is doing better. I did read your question to Cathe about STS and the 1/2 marathon. Sounds like you'll need to choose. Which will it be? I feel better about my own training when I hear that you've only done 3 miles!! I've been feeling bad about my own training, thinking that you run so consistently, and then do a Cathe workout afterwards!!
I'm up to 4 miles and hope to be up to running 6 without much trouble by mid-December. The training schedule is for 10 weeks, and I need to start it mid-December in order to finish by Feb 21. When is your half-marathon?
Lara--How are you and Finley? I'm assuming you got over your cold and got to go back to workouts. How much are you working now? How is that working with a new baby? I'm sure you're a busy lady!!
