Any Nutrition Planner Sites??

I visited the MyPyramid.gov site today after watching it on FitTV. I thought it was pretty sweet as it estimates your calories, fats and servings of the pyramid and lets you see what your day or week looks like. Also gives tips on acheiving your goals.
HOWEVER, I would like to find one based for builders out there that do not want to lose any more weight. Ive already done that. This site (unfortuanlty, that I've found) does not give you the option to increase calories (just decrease).

I am someone that is trying to gain muscle, so I have almost doubled my protein and (am trying) to increase my calories by 200-400 per day (do you think this is enough for gains Kathryn???)

I have been meeting my protein goals (just barely), but am having more trouble upping my calories than ever! Actually, I didn't even make my "maintenence" calories a couple days last week..

Id love to know of a site or software that helps you to track your protein/carb/calorie intake for not just losing and maintaining weight, but also GAINING muscle :)

Anyone have any advice on how to increase calories (in a good way obviously) with the protein? Maybe something I can add to my smoothie's or whatever?

Im thinking I need to get up earlier for an early breakfast or set my alarm in the middle of the night for a shake or something lol.

I downloaded [a href="http://www.fitday.com/"]FitDay[/a] back when it was free, and it allows me to customize my daily caloric intake (both up and down) and track specifics like protein and carbs. I haven't even set a goal weight or anything ~ I just track my food (and log in my workouts for fun :p ).

I like SparkPeople. It seems (at first) to be geared toward those that want to lose weight, but they have a maintenance program. The nice thing is that their journaling feature tracks your carbs, protein, and fat (and many other things you might be interested in - sodium, cholesterol, fiber, etc.). It's easy to use and best of all - FREE! www.sparkpeople.com

I have been using http://www.myfitnesspal.com and I LOVE it! I've used fitday and sparkpeople but this is my fav! You also input your exercise and it adds in the extra cals for you to make sure you hit your maintenance. (you can put what you want to do- lose a pound a week, etc)

I'm assuming you're using protein powder in your smoothies, try a higher protein yogurt (Kroger Carb Master has 12g protein) or cottage cheese (13g protein for 1/2 cup).

I registered w/myfitnesspal.com and it seems nice but I tried to put in kickboxing under e-cise and it didnt recognize it. I added it in but I have no idea how many calories I burned. Is there a way to look up different e-cises on the site?

Funny that you mention that. I did 30 min of Cathe's Kickmax y'day and just manually entered it. I think from what I've looked up, kickboxing burns about 500 cals/ hr so I just put in 30 min and 250 cals. (probably more w/ the KM blasts, but that's ok!)

I LOVE using myfitnesspal!
