I feel like something in my inner thigh is actually going to rip if I split my legs too wide when I do these (it's actually when I pull them back together that it hurts)--it is NOT the good kind of pain. I'm very flexible so I know it's not that. I had a baby a year and a half ago, I wonder if that has anything to do with it.
Anybody know what I'm talking about? Or what exercises I need to do to help?
