I'd love to incorporate weight machines into my workouts, especially for legs. Unfortunately I really don't know what I'm doing. I've only lifted with Firm and Cathe for the past 6 years and I've had GREAT results with Cathe. So my question is which machines, how many reps, how many sets, and how long of a rest between sets. Someone posted about drop sets and that sounded challenging, but which machines? I think I get enough of an upper body workout with Cathe, but I could have gone heavier on a recent S&H rotation.
