Wow, the RWH series has really upped my level of fitness! Not wanting to do RWH weight work every week, I' ve been rotating another series in every other week, i.e. STS or Xtrain. Xtrain Burn Sets is just not seeming tough enough, so I added a finisher after each set. For example, I did 15 pushups after chest presses, 15 tricep pushups after flies, etc. Boy, sure raised the intensity of the workout! Sometimes, though, I feel like Xtrain is a nice little break! Just wanted to give my fellow Cathletes some ideas since we're all crazy here!
