    opinions needed!

    When I signed up last year for Msfit's plan, i learned alot. One thing I did do, per her plan, and had great results with, was two weeks heavy training, two weeks endurance repeat etc... My muscles really responded to this well. I do alot of this now, for ex: I'll do two weeks gym style...
