I am so excited for this series. I was wondering if you could include movements like Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Hips thrusts, Overhead Press, and Barbell Rows? Thanks!
Your great review has got me psyced to try this one. I did cardio fusion this morning and I loved the Drill Max segment. I can tell these workouts will give great results.
This was the first one I tried. It was very fun. It is a very thorough workout. I think this one may be my favorite even though I still haven't tried B&G and Drill Max yet.:)
