    DVD help

    I just purhased a DVD player and CTX on DVD. I can access all of the workouts except All Step and can't get the DVD player to access that workout. All Step shows up on the menu but when I hit play my TV screen just displays the name of the DVD player on a blue screen. All the other workouts...

    Hi, I just purchased CTX on DVD. I have been using it for a few days just doing one workout per day. I am looking for any suggestions on how to get the most out of these workouts. Is working a muscle group once a week enough? Jo
