    Powerblocks vs Selectech dumbells

    Who recommend - chicken, salsa, crock pot?

    I tried it too...i buy a big tray of chicken breasts and it's good for the week. For a quick dinner, I shred some of these, put out low fat sour cream, more salsa, lettuce, shredded cheese, tomatoes and w/w wraps...yummy. The kids devour them.

    Benefits of Oatmeal?

    Hi Kimbra, I mix egg whites with Quaker quick cooking oatmeal, add a little cinnamon and cook like a pancake. I got the recipe from the Body for Life site and it's sooo good. I think it's called a protein pancake -- perfect for a post workout meal.

    Hi Cathe...I have to say that I LOVE the Hardcore series. My question is...after filming did you take time off or continue on with your classes and own training? I find it very difficult to take time off from training even though I know it's good for the body to recover. Thanks.
