    I am not seeing floor and mat work in the STS 2.0 rotations. Is there a reason behind not including them more than just the add ons?

    I feel these workouts help with overall leg strength and injury prevention. Am I wrong in this assumption?

    Input on others suggestions for upcoming STS video display

    1.) I personally don't like the idea of a clock countdown, or showing time remaining. I will buy the product either way, but I concentrate too much on the time left, versus just enjoying the workout. Perhaps a stop watch style for rested, but I don't see that its needed, we have Cathe for that...

    I would be fun to have a band and bodyweight roadtrip. Maybe foam rollers too. It would be easier for Cathe's crew to set up and take down, but still be challenging and fun.

    I know many people, men, and women, who are having issues with posture. Either front leaning posture or shoulder, back, and neck issues from poor posture. I love the upcoming workouts on perfect 30 and have purchased them. I am wondering if you have considered a workout DVD for posture as well...

    Fit Split request for added bonus

    It would be nice to have an extended stretch bonus we could add on if wanted. I hurt less after your longer stretches of the past. I love the ones in low impact, and Xtrain. I know a lot of people want to move on, but as an added option I think it would be fantastic. I love the bonus abs option...

    Best Cathe Workout for eccentric (negative) lifting.

    I've developed tendon pain in my biceps/shoulders and read that working on the negative can help this condition. I'm taking some time to heal, but am hoping someone would suggest which Cathe DVDS/Live workouts concentrate on the negative movements. Thanks for any suggestions.

    Workout Blender on IPAD

    When I use Workout Blender on the IPAD it stops between chapters. I have to push play each time. Any ideas? Plus I think it would be great to have a forum folder called workout blender where we can suggest different workouts we've used off someone else's uploaded blends. Thanks

    Ball Roll In question

    My teenage daughter says her knees hurt when she does the ball roll ins for gluten and hamstrings. Anyone know why this would hurt her knees? Could it be the size of the ball?
