    Upper 2. Dip bar mod

    I found the band really digs into my shins when I do the assisted dips. Solved it by wrapping it with faux fur seat belt cover that I received as a gag gift and never used. Works like a charm. I'm up to 7 dips! :)

    Week 2 sts 2.0 high impact cardio rotation

    So far I have only done the 3 total body workouts (1st week of the 12 week rotation) and I LOVE them! The heavier weights and slower pace really put the emphasis on form, as well as ramping up the cardio factor. Cathe doesn't waste a minute during these!

    Proper form for Romanian Deadlift

    What do you guys think of the way she "snaps" up to stand after bending over? Cathe always has smooth movements and tells us NOT to hyper-extend at the end of the move; however, I see a lot of people do this "snap" up and hyper-extend.
