    OK, so I just ordered a few DVDs (cardio) and am finding that, because of a weight gain of 30 pounds over the past 5 years, not only is my stamina low, but I have pain in my knees and feet when work out. Can I just say that I'm starting to feel old, lol?! I guess I'll have to keep it...

    Adding Cardio

    Hi! I just ordered 2 of the cardio workouts (MMA Fusion and Shock Cardio HiiT) and have a question: I currently teach Pilates 4 days a week (6 classes in all) and do yoga 2X a week. (I also walk and ride my bike.) How often should I do the cardio, ideally? Thanks for your help! Take care...
